PURPOSE:

To verify that the pressure differentials across the environmentally controlled areas are within recommended specified limits for respective area.

• This test should be performed by trained or certified personnel.
• Implementation ISO 14644-3:2005 standards.
• Ensure that the HVAC System has been in operation for a minimum of 8 hours.
• To avoid unexpected changes in pressure and to establish a baseline, all doors in the facility must be closed and no traffic is to be allowed through the facility during the test.
• Using a calibrated magnehelic manometers or calibrated digital manometers, measure the pressure differential between the areas as specified in Table below.
• Record the details of all test data.
